Who we are

Musketier Solutions B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42134028, is responsible for this website. Questions about your data go to info@musketiersolutions.nl.

What we do not do

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no trackers. Fonts and images come from our own server, so your browser connects to nobody else.

When you visit the website

For every request our servers note the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser you use. We use this to find faults and misuse. We keep it for 14 days.

When you use the demo chat

What you type in the demo chat goes to our agents on Musketier Agents, our own platform. A moderator judges every message before an agent reads it. The language models run on servers in the Netherlands; your message does not go to an outside AI service.

We keep every message for 90 days in our chat log, together with your IP address, your browser, the time and the team’s answer. This shows us which questions visitors ask, and lets us recognise and stop misuse of the demo, for example by blocking an address. The platform itself keeps only the agents’ answers, also for 90 days.

The chat is a demonstration. Please do not type personal or confidential information into it.

When you contact us

What you fill in on the contact form, we send as an email to info@musketiersolutions.nl, our mailbox in Microsoft 365. You receive a confirmation at the email address you give. The website itself does not keep your message. We keep the email for as long as we need to handle your question.

Where your data is

The website, the chat and the chat log run at Hetzner in Nuremberg, Germany. The server logs are also kept at Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland. All of these servers, and the servers in the Netherlands that run the language models, are managed for us by Devly B.V. A message sent through the contact form is kept in our Microsoft 365 mailbox, in the European region. Everything stays within the European Union. After deletion a copy can remain in our backups for at most five weeks.

Why we may do this

We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest: a website and a demo that work safely and that we can see being used, and an answer to your question when you contact us.

Your rights

You can ask us which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to its use. Email info@musketiersolutions.nl; we answer within a month.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
